Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Helloooo!! I'm Lina!!
I may be an older gal, but don't let that fool you!! I love to go on adventures with my human out on hiking trails or staying in and playing! I like to please my human and know a few basic obedience, but I can always learn new things too! I would love to have a fenced in yard to play in and keep me safe! I can be a little picky with my canine friends as I like to be top dog and I'm not too keen on feline friends. If you think I might be the lovely pup for you, please call my friends at TCRAS at (719) 686 7707!

Additional adoption info
To adopt:
All adoptions must be done in person. Visit the shelter to meet the adoptable animals you would like to consider. TCRAS is open 6 days a week, please see hours of operation.
Your visit with each animal will be assisted by a trained adoption specialist to answer questions, address concerns and to help you decide if the animal is a good fit for your home environment (i.e. children, other pets, specific needs, etc). You can also bring in your current pets to do a visitation (this may be required with certain animals).

More about this shelter
In the year 2000, the Teller County Regional Animal Shelter (TCRAS) was formed and continued under this leadership to the present day. Our shelter is a small, rural shelter. Every year, over 800 lost, abandoned, neglected, or homeless dogs and cats get assistance from TCRAS. We do not euthanize for time or space.
