Sibo – pronounced SEEBO – is a black and white kitty who can be a little shy at first but once he knows you, he will ask for pets. He also watches to see if you are going to play with him. He LOVES to play. AS he’s gotten older, he’s taken on a wise look – stlll loving life but with a bit of a philosophical slant. He will need a special home that is quiet and understanding because he has never been out of the shelter.
