Hi everyone, my name is BILLY! I’m a sweet tabby boy who is just about 2 years old and 8lbs. I’m a loving boy who was rescued from a terrible fate in a Quebec shelter. I haven’t met any other dogs or cats yet so I’m not sure if I would get along with them. I love getting belly rubs and playing with my toys tho. I’m also friendly with pretty much anyone I meet. I’m up to date with all my shots, fully vetted and neutered. I know when you gaze into my innocent friendly eyes, you’ll want to be best friends with me forever!
