My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Huey is an independent guy who still loves human attention. He was adopted as a kitten but returned to us recently due to his owner remarrying and a member of the new family being highly allergic to cats. He is a sweet boy that likes to cuddle, enjoys being petted, and is very affectionate with his people. He likes being high up, so a tall cat tree makes him happy. You can often find him sun bathing in the window when he's not following you around or surveying his domain from a tall perch. He likes to lounge around in comfortable spots and enjoys playing with his favorite toys. We think someone taught him to play rough with human hands and he will play a bit too rough this way (we do not encourage hand rough housing with cats). He gets cranky when overstimulated and will growl/meow to warn you to leave him alone to calm down. He also has developed a bit of food aggression towards other cats that we are working on. Huey doesn't do well with change so he would do well as an only cat and needs an experienced, confident owner that will give him the time he needs to feel comfortable in his new home so he can show off how awesome of a kitty he really is. He has a lot of personality and character and would make a great companion for the right home! He is fixed, microchipped, vaccinated, and healthy. DOB 4/4/17 (TS-114R-17)
