PIPER & ROXY(RatTerrier/BorderCollieX-dob: March 28, 2020) were rescued from an 'unwanted litter' situation in Rutherford Co, NC...owners wanted to keep them until they realized just how much of their time that their brand-new triplets required.
They are well-socialized with both men & women and other dogs. However, as much as they want to please their people they would need supervision with cats and young children under the age of 10yo, until they have received some obedience training and learn their manners.
The pups are in and will remain in foster care in RutherfordtonNC until they have recovered from their speuter surgeries. They will be ready for delivery on SAT/.
They are doing extremely well, and are happy little butterballs, now. Friendly and out-going, well-socialized with humans and other dogs. They will make excellent companion animals for any size family with a fenced-in yard, or who are dog-owner experienced and live in a safe environment in a rural area.
Our main concern is the pup's safety and well-being, so if you have children under 10yo
& no secured fenced-in backyard attached to your home in a suburban or urban area, please do not waste your/nor our time by applying to adopt one. IF you live in an apartment, you must have a secured area where the pup can play/exercise safely nearby.
Adoption fee: $360-includes spay or neuter, micro-chip, 3 puppy boosters(4th required at 4mos), Bordatella, Lepto and 1st yr Rabies vax, all medical paperwork including all vaccine/vitamin/deworming administrations by H4S CARes and our vet's surgical notes, current Health and Rabies certificates, parasite-free, current on heart worm and flea/tick prevention, 3lbs bag of current dry food(Tractor Supply Store's '4health' salmon & potato), Nylabone & Bouncy Rubber chew toys, beef knee cap bone, 'SUPER PUPPY' The Best Dog You'll Ever Own' training booklet, 'Rescued Dogs Rock' magnet, T ball, and 2 pet alert wallet cards.
Transport to all out of area(western NC) adoptive families is available via 'LIFESAVERS' & 'SAVE THEM ALL' Rescued Pet Transport services, to all states along the Eastern Seaboard and upstate NY.
Regularly-scheduled stops in MD, DE, all svc plazas along the NJTnpk/NORTHBOUND & Rye NY, CT, MA, ManchesterNH, BurlingtonVT, AllentownPA, Binghamton/Albany/Rochester & Buffalo, NY. Saturday deliveries only!
Their fee is: $125 to as far N as Vince Lombardi svc plaza/NJTnpk, mm115, and $140 to all points N & W of Vince Lombardi svc plaza.

To help your chances of being approved ahead of other interested parties, be SURE to include EMAIL ADDRESSES for your 3 personal references, AND call your vet's office and give them permission to release your pet's medical history to our Howlin4Spirit representative.
