My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ziggy at one point had severe metabolic bone disease, which caused him to have a severely crooked spine.
He is sweet and enjoys being held. We had x-rays done to see how bad his back is and to check the mineralization level of his bones. They showed signs of previous breaks and metabolic bone disease, but they have remineralized since.
Unfortunately, Ziggy will always have a deformed spine and he needs special care to make sure he does not hurt himself further. He has a modified walk to account for the bend in his spine and we are hoping to find a great family to care for him.
