My story

Grover and Millie are two beautiful teenage sibling “cow cats” who were born in the spring of 2019. They spent their early months living outdoors with their extended cat family until everyone was rescued, vetted, and fostered in a succession of loving homes. They are closely bonded and are also very comfortable in the company of other cats. In foster care, they have learned the pleasures of indoor living, and that people are good to have around for food, petting, and attention. Millie is more socially advanced and enjoys cuddles and snuggles, while Grover is talkative and likes short sessions of petting, or just following his people around the house and giving head bonks. He started out as a skittish kitten, but has become much more used to human interaction and in the home of a patient adopter, will continue on the path toward becoming a cuddly lapcat. Both enjoy catnip, combing or brushing, cat treats, playing with wands and other cat toys, grooming and playing with each other, and watching bugs and birds through the window. They are neutered/spayed, healthy, and up-to-date on all vet care, and they are ready to find a forever home where they can continue to grow together.
