My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Murphy" is a kinda friendly, fun kinda guy name, don't you think? It suits me - I love people, attention, pets, cuddles, toys, playing, cat friends, treats, food, hanging out in my shelter's outdoor enclosure....Wow, come to think about, I can't really think of anything I DON'T like!! Maybe cat carriers - but I did an on-line survey and most cats don't like carriers much.

I don't like to talk about how I wound up living on the streets, but thankfully a kind young woman started feeding me outside her home and made sure I was neutered and vaccinated. I was happy enough with this arrangement, but her mother who she lives with and some of the neighbors were not. Since I would've been miserable confined to a strictly indoor existence, my benefactress brought me to the Howard County Cat Club's no-kill shelter, where I could await that purrfect indoor/outdoor home with a loving family. I know you're out there and I can't wait to meet you!!
