MAGGIE is a people‑loving sweetheart who absolutely soaks up attention. She has that classic Malamute mix of affection and independence—one moment she’s leaning in for belly rubs, and the next she’s striking a regal pose, surveying her kingdom like the queen she knows she is.
She loves being with her human pack, enjoying pets, cuddles, and all the affection you’re willing to give. Daily walks are one of her favorite activities—she enjoys exploring the neighborhood and taking in all the sights and smells. She’s also a great travel buddy and rides beautifully in the car, always ready to join you on your next adventure.
MAGGIE has done well with older kids, but she does like to put her paws up on people when she’s excited, so a home without small children is best. When it comes to other dogs, she can be selective—she prefers calm, larger dogs and appreciates slow introductions. After a good play session, she’s perfectly content to head home for a well‑earned nap.
In true queen fashion, MAGGIE prefers to rule her home with confidence and grace. She wants reassurance that she’ll get attention when she wants it, and she’ll reward you with loyalty and love. Her ideal home includes a big, fenced yard where she can relax, enjoy some quiet time, and keep watch over her domain. Indoors, she loves lounging near her people, making sure everyone is safe and accounted for.
MAGGIE is currently being fostered in Manson, WA, and her foster is willing to transport her for meet‑and‑greets within a few hours’ drive.
