My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gimlet was born in Red Hook, Brooklyn in a garage that houses commercial buses. Although she didn't have a lot of interaction with humans due to the pandemic, she made it very clear after her rescue, that she didn't want to go back outside. She actually rolled over in her crate to show me her belly and started purring before I even pet her.

She is about seven months old and has been loving life with her human foster mom and feline foster sister. She can usually be found perched in her window seat watching birds, snuggling in bed or playing with her sister. She loves to be pet and will make biscuits the entire time. She also loves being held like a baby, which is adorable.

Since Gimlet is still a kitten, she must be adopted into a home with another playful kitten or young cat. She can also be adopted with her foster sister, Sydney. Please inquire for more information.

Gimlet is up to date on all vaccines, spayed, microchipped, negative for FIV/FeLV and treated for fleas and parasites. She can't wait to meet you!
