Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Penny is a 3 yr old Miniature Pinscher/Dachshund mix that weighs 12 lbs. Her previous owner never walked her and kept her in a crate almost 24 hrs a day. She reached out to one of our friends and we took her into our group. She now loves her walks.
She is very shy when you first meet her so she will need a patient and experienced owner to show her the world is not a scary place. She seems to have warmed up quickly now and is non aggressive just super shy. Once she gets to know you, she is the sweetest little snuggle girl.
Penny is super playful with lots of puppy energy. She loves running around the yard and playing with toys. Lots of toys! She especially enjoys playing fetch with small toys that make a crinkly sound.
Penny likes playing with her Foster family's two dogs (one small, one big) and would do best in a home with another playful dog or as a single dog. Her new foster has cats and she seems fine with them she pretty much ignores them.
