Rory aka Romona is a  17 mos  old (DOB 7 Aug 2020)  30 lb Retriever/Shepherd/Terrier mix. She is a semi energetic gal that is shy around new things and people.  She is more of a home body and will do best with a quiet/calm adult only home that is looking for a dog companion to take on a walk (in a harness) and that works from home.  She likes a 10 year lab in her current home to play with in her yard, but afraid of other dogs and kids.  She thinks cats are toys and likes to chase them, so no cats in home please.  She is crate trained and knows some commands.  She will require a house with a secure 6 ft fence.  She is an indoor dog.  She likes walks, human beds/couches and dog beds.  No apartments please.

All adopted pups and dogs are transported to WA/OR families when fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped.For information on how to adopt me, please contact my foster parents at info@dogdiggityrescue.com. We save homeless and abandoned dogs and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where pet homelessness is not epidemic. All of our pets are located here, in San Antonio, and we partner with  rescues to provide transportation for our pets to their new homes. Our adoption fee includes vet care (vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchipping, etc), as well as transportation and health certificate.
