My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Mickey! Me and my sissy Minnie has a really rough start to life. We were born at some industrial site but no one knew we were there. One day they were moving metal around (it weighed literal tons). Our mommy had us shoved in the pile. All of a sudden the workers heard kittens SCREAMING. They had dropped metal on us. Thankfully Minnie and I survived with just a few Injuries. My front leg was crushed and minnies back toes were crushed. We weren’t even a week old yet. Foster mama got us and took very careful care of us due to our size and injury, as we were too young for any kind of surgery and the vet said we had to be careful with pain meds. Long story short (I’ll spare you the yucky in the middle stuff, if you wanna know you can ask foster mama) I had to have my leg amputated, but I do just fine without it! Minnie did not have any surgery as the necrosis caused her bad bones to fall off and the vet said Minnie healed just fine and doesn’t want to risk amputating anything further and have Minnie not be able to walk. We are a very special set of babies that are lucky to be alive. We are so thankful. We live everyday to the fullest! We love our food, we love our foster family (but we will also love our forever families), we love toys, we love beds and blankets, we love everything life has to offer! We were hoping to find a home together but we know that may not be possible.
