My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

meet Boy!
From his finder:
'This email is about a rescue named “Boy” he’s a male hound about a year and a half. He’s good with other dogs and children, not sure about cats. He was bred for hunting reasons and then disposed of, so he needs some patience and training. He’s only been an outside dog but we believe he can be trained to be inside if the time is taken with him. He’s sweet and full of energy, needs a place to run!'
We got Boy to the vet and he is now neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative (yay!), and microchipped. A home with a fenced in yard will be a must for this guy. He is shy at first and needs an experienced adopter to keep teaching him
thr rope. Adoption donation is $250.

If you would like to meet any of our dogs, please fill out an adoption application on www.maxxandme.org

Maxx & Me is an all volunteer, all foster home rescue and do not have a shelter. Please allow at least 48 hours for applications to be processed (missing information may slow the process, so please take your time and be thoughtful in your answers). All dogs posted are available (so no need to ask). We place dogs based on best home for each dog and not order of applications received. Email us at maxxandmerescue@gmail.com for updates and questions. Thank you for choosing rescue.
