My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cap'n Morgan came to the rescue extremely traumatized and unhappy, with love and patience he now loves pets and head scratches-but refuses to be picked up. He is not aggressive to other cats, but especially loves Angel. He needs a home where he feel secure and with adopters willing to continue to work with him to bring out the sweet boy he is inside. He does have a bad eye that was damaged before his rescue. The vet does not think it is bad enough for removal and does not seem to cause him any pain or discomfort. It would be ideal to have him adopted with Angel.

More about this rescue

We specialize in getting cats out of the county shelter who are at risk of euthanasia due to illness or behavior. We are always looking for families willing to take in less socialized cats or barn cats. We are always in need of foster homes.
