Hi there, I'm Blossom! I'm an energetic dog who loves to play and have fun. I weigh around 50 pounds and am just the right size for snuggling and playtime!

I'm looking for a family who loves to be active and go on adventures. Long walks, fetch, or even some agility training would be right up my alley! I'm always up for a good time and love to stay active.

I had a bit of a rough time when I was a stray, but the folks at Pet Savers took great care of me and helped me recover wonderfully. Now I'm just a sweet and playful pup who's ready to meet my new family!

Due to the current situation we are no longer allowing casual visits to the shelter. You will need to submit an application with the name of the dog or cat you are interested in adopting via email. Please visit our website www.petsaversshreveport.org to download an adoption application. Applications can be emailed back to us at petsavers@petsaversshreveport.org

Adoption fees for dogs range from $100-$250. All pets come fully vetted (spayed/neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested (for dogs).

The shelter is open seven days a week from 12pm to 4pm
Casual visits are no longer allowed. You will need to submit an application via email with the name of the dog or cat you are interested in adopting.

Monthly Events:
Petsmart Adoption Days have been suspended until further notice.
Adoption Day at Petsmart on 7061 Youree Dr., Shreveport
Every 3rd & 4th Saturday of the month from 11am to 3pm

Pet Savers is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, founded in 2005 and located in Northwest Louisiana. Our mission is to rescue, protect, and place abandoned or unwanted pets and provide funds for neutering, spaying, and other veterinary care.

Our precious rescues are cared for 7 days a week, 365 days a year by a special group of dedicated staff and volunteers.
