My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bingo - Yorkie Mix - Male - 9 Years- www.twyla.org

If you'd like to know more about this dog please visit our website at www.Twyla.org

Meet Bingo: This adorable little Yorkie mix was returned to us after his owner could no longer care for him - he is a sweet boy who doesn't know he is a senior dog. He weighs 7.5 lbs, hw neg and is approx. 9 or 10 yrs old. He loves a daily walk or 2 and know 'let's go bye bye' means get in the car. He is good with the fosters house pack - he is more accepting of the smaller dogs but will walk nicely with the medium size dogs, he does not care to have them in his space at home and will bark at them if they come to close. He LOVES to hunt squirrels and likes to spend supervised time outside watching the trees and fences for them. He knows how to use a doggy door.  He likes sleeping in his crate and will willingly go in his crate at bedtime. He has had limited exposure to kids while in our care, but seems to like older kids as younger ones startle him. He is not a fan of fireworks and loud rain and will seek comfort of his family.

Bingo is looking for a calm and quite home, with or without another dog of similar size and temperament, he loves to be held and loves attention, so someone who is home a lot would be great.

***Please note: All dogs are fostered in private homes of volunteers, so to meet a dog please fill out an Adoption Application on our website (http://www.twyla.org/adopt/our-adoption-process) so we may setup a private meetup with the dog or coordinate for an Introduction at the next general Adoption Meet and Greet (as listed on our website: (http://www.twyla.org/upcoming-events), as not all dogs attend all Meet and Greets***
