Phoebe was rescued from a slaughterhouse in China and is looking for her forever home. This pretty Labrador Retriever is four years old and weighs 63 lbs. Phoebe is working on her potty training and house manners. For example, she counter surfs, but with time and positive reinforcement this can be mitigated. Her forever family will need to be dog savvy and committed to using positive reinforcement to help improve her behavior.
