Friends! I have known some heartache in my life! But, Papa Gil is a SIRviror! THe streets of Cherry Hill did not knock me down. No Sir! I am straight up made of steely resolve. Lots of sugar and sweetnes. You take me home, you take home a cat that is 100% thankful.

Email info@sunshinesfriends.org with questions. He is currently available for adoption at the Ellicott City PetSmart adoption center located at 9200 Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21042. Adoption fees are $125 for males and $135 for females. The fee covers the kitty having been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, treated for worms, fleas, ticks, and ear mites. The adopter will also receive a PetSmart Charities "Adoption Starter Kit" which includes numerous valuable coupons.

We take applications and review them. We have adopters meet our dogs/cats and our staff. We have an adoption contract to sign. Our adoption fees are usually $150 (cats) / $200 (dogs) which includes vet fees for spay/neuter and vaccinations.

OUR MISSION (the five R's):
To RESCUE abandoned dogs and community cats in desperate situations; REHABILITATE the sick, the injured, and the abused; REHOME dogs, cats and kittens ready for permanent placement with a suitable guardian; provide a loving REFUGE for cats that are not adopted; and REDUCE local shelter cat intake and euthanasia by promoting spaying and neutering.
