Lilo was taken from a very bad/abusive situation. He is missing some toes on his front paw but this doesn't bother him one bit! He is literally the sweetest cat ever! He is harness trained and loves to sit in your lap. He is still a very playful kitten. He is fully vaccinated, neutered, and Microchipped. Adoption application will be required!
