Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Mama Kitty, a loving, attention-seeking sweetheart who’s ready to leave her mom duties behind and finally enjoy the good life in a home of her own. This beautiful girl came to us at a very young age with a litter of kittens, and while they’ve all found homes, Mama Kitty is still waiting for her turn. She absolutely adores people and won’t hesitate to climb right into your lap, insisting you pet her with those big, soulful eyes, and maybe a gentle headbutt or two. Her smushy, irresistibly cute face is just the cherry on top of her affectionate personality. Mama Kitty gets along well with calm cats and dogs, and would thrive in a home where she can soak up love and finally be the center of attention. If you're looking for a loyal lap cat with a heart full of love (and a face you’ll never stop swooning over), Mama Kitty is your girl. To meet Mama Kitty please fill out an adoption application at abandonedpetrescue.org!

More about this shelter
Abandoned Pet Rescue (APR) is one of the largest no-kill animal shelters in South Florida with the mission of rescuing and sheltering abandoned and abused cats and dogs with the goal of finding them new homes. APR's adoption center has about 150 cats and 30 dogs, all of which receive nutritious meals, veterinary care, enrichment and love.
APR, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was founded in 1996 by a group of volunteers who were trapping, spaying and neutering feral cats and quickly realized the greater need to help abandoned pets and advocate for a no-kill community. APR is funded solely by generous donors and grants.
