Dipstick is a fun, extremely goofy, extremely affectionate lover boy!
And yes, he is cross-eyed! but it does not slow him down a bit, and really just adds to his incredibly enduring and lovable personality! He has a great attitude, and brings joy to everyone that crosses his path.
He LOVES people and would do anything for a home where he could be someone's everyday side-kick!
He is house trained, crate trained, and is working on his basic-advanced obedience.
He is currently in a foster home with his trainer @dogtrainerari and she is working him through his training program with @woofgangrehab and @shadesofbludogtraining.
He is doing extremely well will his foster fur-brother @artook9gsd and we believe he will do great with another dog to share a home with but he will have to meet any new siblings before adoption to ensure a good match.
We pulled this adorable guy from the humane society where he had previously been rather unlucky. He has been returned to the shelter by multiple families, all of whom were either moving, not ready for a dog, and at one point he was left at a day care and the owner did not return for him.
Because he has been moved around so much we will be very selective with his new forever home to ensure that he never have to go through the stress of being abandoned again.
Knowing all this, you can see that Dipstick is a very special boy, even after all of the neglect this pup has faced, he still has such a positive outlook on life, and is happy to be around anyone and go anywhere with an over-sized smile on his face!
Dipstick is currently available for meet and greets and adoption but will only move into his forever home when his training is complete!
