Sprout just turned five yrs old and is an 18lb., female, MALTI-POO who has a congenital condition that caused her to be fully blind at birth or shortly after. She has been fully examined by a Vet and is healthy otherwise. She is microchiped, spayed, and has had a recent dental cleaning. 

She had a bumpy few years to her life but with a great deal of love and patience she has learned to trust people, to accept grooming, is crate trained, learned basic obedience commands, and to walk nicely on a leash. You can expect her to be like any other pet as she is very experienced in "mapping" her surroundings to figure out new environments.

 She needs a loving home with people who can give her the exercise she requires, as she is an active girl and enjoys learning new things with her people, and the patience to understand her needs as a dog who lives in darkness and has the courage to do anything a sighted dog can do. She is very loving with people and is good around other dogs depending on their understanding of her "issues". I am hoping to find her a home committed to loving her for life and enjoying how much she has to teach us.
