If ever these was a dog that needs someone to help him fit in, it is Todd. One of those dogs that was never show why people are good and what it takes to fit in.
Fine to just chill and be on the outskirts of what is happening.

His one and only is out there, he just needs for them to find him.

Russell Rescue is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) dog rescue organization. It was started in 2008 by Mary Ruth Rogers of Columbia, TN. Our mission is to save and re-home unloved, abandoned and abused dogs, especially the Jack Russell terrier. Most of our dogs come from high kill shelters in Tennessee, and other nearby states.
