I was found by my foster mommy in an elderly woman's back yard. The only water I had was standing in my food bowl that was filled with moldy fruit cocktail. I'd never had a bath in my life and was crawling with fleas and ticks, just like my sister! But my foster mommy took me home and after a bath and good food and water, I felt like a whole new dog!

I'm almost six months old and absolutely love people, even though I can be a little nervous when I first meet them. I like other dogs, it just takes me some time to get to know them. I love to play, and I already know how to sit and fetch! I'm happy just to sit and be petted, and am completely at ease at your side. I'm not rough and I'm happy to run with you!

I love having my belly scratched and will roll over for you within seconds, and if you scratch my chest I'll hug onto you cause I like it so much. I love to play with other dogs but I'm happy just playing with you, or a ball on my own. I'm eager to learn, energetic but very calm and would love to have a new, loving home.
