This is by far one of the hardest things I have ever done, but I want my 3 yr old AKC Cairn terrier, PICASSO to be in a happier home.
He is a neutered male, and a beautiful brindle gray. His fur is typical for a Cairn; soft undercoat with a course overcoat. He is large for a Cairn, weighs about 35 lbs., not so much fat as just a bigger than the breed standard. I did not register him with AKC but have the papers, and his microchip is an AKC chip. He is very healthy and had his yearly check up in October and all was well.
He loves people and meeting other dogs. He just doesn't want to live with other animals. He needs a single dog family. His ideal home would be with an active senior who wants a best friend, has a backyard, and thinks walking their dog is the best part of the day.
Picasso is house trained. You can tell him to pee-pee and he will. He loves to swim and chase a frisbee; his favorite toy.
Whatever love you give him he will return it 10 fold. He is a wonderful dog.
