Rhonda is a ~2 yr old chow mix, she weighs about ~40 lbs. She was owner surrendered by a family who had too many dogs and couldn't care for her. She's a very sweet girl who needs extra time to build trust and come out of her shell. She needs a home with a fully fenced in yard.
