My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Alley is a sweet and gentle kitty with a timid temperament and a loving heart. It takes some patience to earn her trust, but once you do she will reward you with affection and become your devoted companion. She would do well in a quieter home with an older cat or two who could help her develop more confidence.

Once she gets comfortable she becomes very friendly to her favorite people and will enjoy playtime and petting and belly rubs. She isn't wild about being held, but likes to be nearby her people. She loves treats and wet food, so that's a good way to get her attention and earn trust.

Alley reacts to noise, chaos, and new things by hiding until she feels comfortable, so don't be surprised if she can't be found for a bit, she's probably found a dark corner somewhere for some alone time. Just be patient, she will come around when she's ready.
