TLC Animal Refuge is a foster-based, volunteer-driven, not for profit, program. We do not have a brick and mortar facility with specified open hours, so any requested meet n greet (or pick up) will only be arranged after an application has been received, reviewed and approved.

Smudge, so named as she has a tiny bit of grey on her forehead, is a little girl who started out feral, untrusting, and scared. She was very much the protector of her brother. She has come a long way, so is ready to start to look for the home that is the perfect fit for her.
She is shy, but is doing better at letting her foster approach, once she's had her play time with other cats :). She is vocal when she wants food, and even attention, though she may still back away a little bit. But she will meow and as soon as picked up start purring, just lying her head on your neck. She absolutely loves her hammocks in her condo, and will goes back to them when she's had enough playtime.
She loves the other cats around, and is getting more used to the small and big dog foster siblings. Even when they get all loud and rambunctious, she takes it in stride.
Smudge is spayed; up-to-date on vaccines; has tested negative for FIV/FELV, her deworming is up to date; monthly flea/tick preventative; and she has been microchipped. Her adoption fee is $85.00.
