My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Alfie is a sweet (but shy) young cattle dog mix looking for a new home. He came to us with his sisters, Coralee and Anaalee, from a rescue in Mississippi! He is neutered and likes other dogs. Alfie needs someone with patience and understanding. He would do best with some positive training to help build his confidence. Alfie would be okay in a home with older teenagers. The adoption fees are as follows:
Puppies under 6 months- $300 ($50 back when altered)
Adult dogs- $250
Senior dogs (over 8yrs)- $75

Kittens under 6 months- $55 ($25 refunded when altered)
Adult cats- $65
Senior cats (over 10yrs)- $55

Requirements: All other animals in the home must already be spayed or neutered, unless the animal is too young. The animals must live inside only. No tying out your dogs. If you rent you must come with a signed paper from your landlord, allowing pets. Please fill out an adoption application by following this link

More about this rescue

We are a non-profit, no kill spca. We will adopt out as many animals as we can, but if they never get homes, that's fine, either us workers will take them home, or they will be life time residents. They love it at the shelter. We do not house our dogs in kennels, they have big yards to run in all day, and only sleep in kennels at night. We are one unique shelter.
