Born July 2019, Chase is a beautiful male German Shepherd. He has a very tender spirit and gentle demeanor. Chase’s favorite thing is being with his people. Chase can be anxious of new people and situations and needs a person or family dedicated to continuing to socialize him and train him to be the best dog he can be. Chase’s best fit family would be either as the only dog or with one other submissive canine sibling. We are seeking a cat free home for this Chase. He is extremely smart and already knows how to sit, lay down, leave it, drop it, shake and here. Chase just loves his stuffies and cuddles and sleeps with his favorites. Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

We require an adoption application to be filled out which includes personal references. An in-Home check by a Mikey's Chance volunteer is also performed prior to adoption. Our dogs come to the adopter "ready-to-go" with current Vet health checks, all shots and vaccinations current and the animal spayed or neutered, as well as micro-chipped.

Our adoption process can take 2-4 weeks to process as we are run completely by volunteers, all of whom work full time jobs.

We depend on a network of volunteers and fosters for the care of our dogs. The dogs are fostered primarily in Tri-Cities, WA. We often have Meet 7 Greet events at Petsmart and Paws Natural Pet Emporium LLC both in Kennewick.

"Mikey's Chance" is a dog rescue organization organized under Washington State articles of Incorporation as a Non-profit Charity. We focus mainly on saving dogs that are at risk or on “Death Row” in shelters in our area, and placing them to great families. We work with individual adopters, private rescuers, and rescue organizations that share our values. All our dogs are up to date on shots, sterilized, and microchipped prior to adoption, and they are all carefully evaluated to ensure the best possible match with adopters.
