Bruno is an absolute love...he is happy, sweet, and curious. He loves people, walks, and snacks. If you are looking for 2 dogs, Bruno has a friend that he does great with!!
Energy Level? Bruno has got lots of energy for a senior dog.
House trained? We are working on his house training.
Describe how they are on leash? Bruno is learning to walk calmly on the leash--he is non-reactive with other dogs but gets distracted while being walked. He LOVES going for walks!
Describe how they are with other dogs? Bruno is friendly with other dogs. He loves to play and snuggle with other dogs. However, Bruno doesn't always pick up on signs that the other dog is not interested in engaging.
Have they been around cats or other animals? How were they? Bruno has been around a dog-savvy cat Marco and is fine with him.
Commands they know? Bruno knows "outside", "crate", and "sit". He also begs for treats.
What are their favorite things? Bruno loves to go on walks and snuggle.
What do they need to work on? We are working on housebreaking.
How are they when left alone? How long have they been left alone? Bruno can get a little whiny when I first leave the house--but then calms down and settles.
Where do they sleep? Bruno is crate-trained and sleeps in his crate.
What is their ideal home? Bruno would be an amazing companion to someone who would shower him with love (and let him snooze in their lap in the evenings). He is a very easy-going dog who loves to beg for treats, go for walks, and hang out with you. He would do great in a house with calm dogs and cats.
