Princess (F) and Snowball (M) are two seniors that have bonded together completely. Where one goes, the other follows. They are at a wonderful stage in their life; they are happy and content as long as they have each other and a family they can love. They enjoy taking walks and going for car rides.
Princess and Snowball were turned into a high volume, center city shelter at an estimated age of 10-ish. Bewildered and frightened in this strange, crowded, noisy environment they huddled together not knowing what would come next. When we met them, we knew right away they were wonderful dogs that deserved a new leash on life.
Arrangements were made to pull these two and bring them into Rescue when we had an unexpected development... Princess and Snowball had another friend turned in with them, a younger, small shepherd mix named Sandy. Of course, we couldn't leave Sandy behind all alone. She is now an "honorary" Siberian also looking for a home. (Check out Sandy's story).
Princess and Snowball have been checked over by our rescue vet and after initial antibiotics and routine vet care, both have been announced healthy and ready to find a home where they can continue together.
If you are looking for unconditional love and companionship without the trials and work associated with younger dogs, please contact us for more information about these two wonderful dogs.
