In foster through K’s Kitten Rescue: Merlot (black male) and Sassy (tabby female) are now 3 year old cats that are looking for a furever home preferably together. They are very bonded and it is rare to see them far from each other. Seeing a bonded brother and sister together is indescribable. They play together, sleep together, eat together and teach each other. I LOVE having bonded siblings in the house! That does NOT mean they don’t enjoy time with their human family! Two different personalities – the best of both worlds. Sassy is more laid back and likes to sit on couch with you. She is a real love bug once she knows you. She can also play independently with her favorite toys and keep herself occupied. Sassy prefers mellow dogs and cats. Merlot has more energy and does more exploring. He LOVES being around other animals and interacts with them. He prefers to play with people rather than alone and enjoys taking breaks on the human bed. Merlot also makes the cutest chirping sounds and purrs. They were born of a feral mom and traveled together outside for 3 months before brought in and have adjusted well but will at first be shy and need time to decompress and adjust to a new environment. Given patience and understanding they will thrive in a new home. All they need now is a family to love them! They have so much to give!!!
