My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luna is the girl with the attitude. She enjoys talking to you but not too fond of petting. She is very independent and does not get along with most kitties, although in the past she has made friends with a few kitties in the Cattery. She is a silver tabby with stunning markings. If you are interested in an independent cat that enjoys interacting from a distance, then Luna is the cat for you.

More about this shelter

The Bulverde Area Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Founded in 1983 by Dolores Caldwell, BAHS is a no-kill shelter caring for up to 400 dogs and cats annually. The shelter resides on 3.25 acres of park-like land and houses indoor/outdoor kennels, a cattery, nursery/medical recovery building, agility fields, and fenced-in play yards.

BAHS is powered by volunteers and overseen by a Board of Directors. Our volunteers ensure the dogs and cats get plenty of exercise, playtime, and unlimited cuddles, love, and affection.
