My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Tulip and I am almost 2 years old and I arrived at the shelter from the local dog control officer as I was found as a stray and no-one claimed me. Tulip is a beautiful dog...but she is also a unique and complex dog....as she likes to pick and choose her people and she has some trust issues with strangers. No fast movements, no busy households and no kids for this gal. But, she does well with other dogs and is very playful with them. She likes toys....especially her stuffed alligator toys. She is very loyal and sweet to the staff that she has bonded with. When she is comfortable with you, and she trusts and bonds with you, then she is a fantastic dog. She is a dog that would require repeated meet and greets with the potential adopter.
