Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary (SHAS) is a no-kill, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was founded in 1996, and is the largest and longest-running no-kill facility of its kind in the Las Cruces, NM area. SHAS provides medical care, food, shelter and comfort to nearly 90 homeless cats and dogs of our community, while seeking caring homes for them.
