Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Squirt, a charming and affectionate tabby with a heart full of love and a personality that shines brighter than his beautiful coat. Squirt is a social butterfly who adores people, cats, and even dogs. He’s happiest when surrounded by friends. One of his favorite pastimes is turning his humans into personal jungle gyms. He’ll eagerly climb onto your back and stay there as long as you’ll let him! When he’s not showing off his impressive balancing skills, Squirt loves to settle into your lap for a cozy cuddle session (a much more comfortable spot for you both!). He’s also incredibly treat motivated and has already learned a few fun tricks. This clever boy will do just about anything for a tasty snack. Squirt is looking for a loving home where he can share his playful spirit, endless affection, and gentle purrs. If you are interested in meeting this loving boy please fill out an adoption application at abandonedpetrescue.org!

More about this shelter
Abandoned Pet Rescue (APR) is one of the largest no-kill animal shelters in South Florida with the mission of rescuing and sheltering abandoned and abused cats and dogs with the goal of finding them new homes. APR's adoption center has about 150 cats and 30 dogs, all of which receive nutritious meals, veterinary care, enrichment and love.
APR, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was founded in 1996 by a group of volunteers who were trapping, spaying and neutering feral cats and quickly realized the greater need to help abandoned pets and advocate for a no-kill community. APR is funded solely by generous donors and grants.
