Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mooky is a very sweet and affectionate girl that loves cuddles and belly scratches. She is very vocal when she wants attention and pets and will even give you hugs when you pick her up. She loves to play with her favorite toys and has the energy of a kitten! Mooky may be shy with strangers at first, but she warms up very quickly. She does very well with other cats, but is very nervous around energetic dogs. She has an old eye injury that has healed, but left her blind in one eye. This old injury does not cause her any pain and just adds to her adorable character.
Mooky's Story: Mooky was born into a barn cat colony and lived there until her caretaker noticed that she was heavily pregnant. We quickly got her into a foster home to allow her to have her kittens in a safe environment. Mooky has adapted amazingly to living in a house and will be an awesome indoor cat companion.
Mooky will be ready to go to her forever home some time in early July as she is in the process of weaning her baby and she will need her spay surgery and vaccines before she can go home. We will still be accepting applications for anyone interested in adopting her with the understanding that she will not be available to come home right away.
