Meet Elva, 2 yr old 4.8 lbs Maltese Terrier Mix rescued from Chesterfield SLA Shelter. Elva possibly had puppies as she was lactating and vaginal discharge. She had been adopted and returned after 6 days because they said she was people aggressive. When I picked her up, Elva was shaking so hard. There was no aggression. She was terrified. Her family was no longer there, time in shelter jail, adopted and returned. Elva needed time to adjust. The shelter listed her as 5 yrs old. We think she is 2 yrs old. We had her teeth cleaned and she plays like a puppy still. She loves to hump her bed and bark at it. Elva loves to speak as she barks at everything. Elva needs a home that will give her time to love you. She loves to cuddle with me. She loves her homemade food. She loves to run in the backyard. Elva loves life and she needs a home that will share that love of adventure.
Elva is spayed, microchip, vaccinated and bloodwork to make sure she is healthy. Elva was treated for kennel cough and urinary tract infection. We recommend no small children.
