It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.
BEBE, her mom (BETTI BOOPERS) and her 3 siblings (LYNX, COLTON & TIGGER) were living in a bad hoarding situation in Bakersfield, CA. They were living off a dangerous street and people were actually poisoning the cats there. A group of rescuers helped all the cats involved and called us to take these babies.
These poor guys were so skinny, dirty and scared. And when BEBE came to our rescue, we discovered she was very social. BEBE is a sweet tiny girl. She has found toys and likes to play. She loves ear and belly rubs. And you can't help but fall in love with her little face that looks like someone drew a "PURFECT" orange arrow on her face!
BEBE and her brother COLTON were adopted together. And to their dismay, their dad passed away. We were called to pick them up and the rescue mama ran to get them. It has been a very hard journey for them. We truly pray that the person that falls in love with BEBE will have the heart to take her brother COLTON too.
Meet BEBE, a young feline with a personality that shines as bright as the sun. Her sweetness is as delightful as a summer's day, while her friendly demeanor makes her the perfect companion. Independent and curious, BEBE loves to explore her surroundings, always eager to uncover new secrets.
Gentle to the core, she's a smart, cuddly friend who will always be by your side. Her loyalty is unwavering, and her bravery is unparalleled. Though mellow and a bit shy, BEBE has a knack for conversation that will keep you entertained. Adopt BEBE and welcome a lifetime of love, laughter, and companionship.
BEBE is a DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / TORTISHELL. She is about 3 years old and 1 month. She is good with cats. She has never been around children or dogs.
The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. That said, it’s not uncommon for cats to live into their late teens or twenties. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common.

3. Submit Online Application
4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview
5. Will be notified of Approved Application
6. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED)
7. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty
8. Sign Adoption Contract
9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH)
10. Take the Kitty Home
********* MAY CONSIDER OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS NEAR CALIFORNIA, BUT BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT SHIP. ADOPTER WILL NEED TO PICK UP**********
APRIL 2024: VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees.
Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is between 4 pm - 9 pm. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please call the PetSmart location, email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3 hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability.
******************* If you call the PETSMART location, please ask them to physically check the cattery door for the current week's VISITING HOURS. ******************
The kitties at a foster/rescue homes, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below.

The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet & greets, etc...once the phone interview and home check have been done.. Gas donations always appreciated!

If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets.
Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.

We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS.
