I've been socializing Lunar for 2 weeks. He was a feral kitten becoming domesticated. He loves under his chin scratched & purrs when you pet him. He is still cautious but calm & learning to let love in. With time & patience he will be nurtured into a wonderful pet. He is playful with toys & his siblings. He eats wet food in my presence, a sign of trust. I refuse to TNR now that I witnessed the transformation to gentleness. I understand it's not an ideal situation to socialize a feral kitten into a sweet companion, but it's a rewarding experience & can be done! I have taken work off to be there for them but I must find Lunar a home. I won't have the time to give him the attention he deserves & sustain his amazing progress. Watch a miracle happen when you take in this sweet creature. He has evolved greatly in these 2 weeks, well on his way to full domestication! Please consider Lunar as your companion to keep safe, know love & not be prey to forest predators. All he needs is compassion!
