My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm Squish my birthday is 3/10/21. I like to play with cat toys and climb cat trees. I am a HUGGER so I'm looking for a family that wants hugs. I really enjoy being picked up and carried around. When my foster watches TV I like to snuggle on a lap or chest to keep them comany. I very affectionate, but not needy. I will play by myself, chill by myself, but do love human company. I can get along with other cats and dog friendly cats.

I've been in foster care since I was for weeks old and no one has asked for me. I'm patiently waiting for Sunriver who wants hugs.

I was rescued at four weeks when my homeless mom turned me into a vet clinic and the clinic gave me to a rescue. I've been fixed, fully vaccinated, microchiped and had deworm and flea treatments.

Additional adoption info

Fees are $80 - $400 or more depending on the breed of cat. *certain breeds or anomalies are more.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:
~Spayed/Neutered ~Vaccinated to age ~Tested for diseases ~MICROCHIPPED ~Treated for Fleas/Worms ~Litterbox trained ~Fostered in a private home

You will need to fill out an adoption application, either in person or online, phone interview and, upon approval, agree to the terms

The terms are fairly simple, we require the following assurances:
• That the entire family is in agreement about bringing a pet into their home, and that it will be an indoor only (unless otherwise discussed with us) family pet.
• That the adoptive family will not surgically declaw their new cat. While fairly common thirty years ago, there is a great deal of new evidence that declawing can be both physically and emotionally harmful to cats over time.
• That the adoptive family is allowed to have pets where they currently live. If you are a renter, a letter from your landlord or apartment manager simplifies the process, but is not required as we can contact them ourselves if necessary.
• That potential adopters have not misrepresented themselves, their family, current and/or previous pets, or dwelling in an effort to facilitate the adoption process. We reserve the right to take a cat back into our care should we find this to be the case.
