Chibi’s foster family told us:

“Chibi is a gentle giant looking to build an understanding, loving bond over time.

Although he`s a bit nervous; he responds well to soft-spoken encouragement (and treats!)

His favorite things are chin scritches, Churu treats, and having free reign to explore. You can often find him hanging out underneath the couch, but he also loves cuddling on top of it. When he wants attention, he announces his presence with little chirps. He`ll express his affection with headbutts, flopping over to snuggle up by your side, and a surprisingly loud purr.

Chibi is looking for a chill, patient home that will provide him with time to adjust and respect for his boundaries. In return, he`ll reveal the softest slow blinks - and an even kinder heart. Due to past experiences, Chibi cannot be in a home with children, and would likely do best as an only cat.

If your door is open to Chibi, he`d love to come in!`

Meet the Pet

Visit the shelter during regular business hours. If the pet is listed as "in foster", please contact the foster at the email provided.

2.
Submit Application

If you would like to adopt after meeting the animal, the foster or staff member will give you a link to an online application.

3.
Approve Application

One of our adoptions counselors will contact you to go over the pet’s medical history, personality information, and answer any questions.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Finalize adoption paperwork & pay adoption fee.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Schedule a time to pick up the pet at the shelter.
