Hi, my name is Mango! I am 2-years-old and my new friends say that I'm a real sweetheart! I have to admit I DO love everyone I have met since I was rescued. I was left to starve with my brother in a backyard in the desert. Some kind people rescued us and here I am looking for a new family to love.
My friends say I am sweet, gentle, and loving. I do love to lean on my friends for pets and snuggles. It is so awesome to feel cared for.
I haven’t seen much of the world yet. I am learning that it's a big and amazing place, but it makes me a bit nervous so I like to go slow. I went to the park with my friend yesterday and watched little humans playing. I didn’t want to go too close, so we just sat and watched. There were other dogs there, and people playing with balls and so many new smells I got to sniff.
I would love to live with a family that would gently show me the world and let me go at my own pace. Oh, and I do enjoy playing catch and fetching the ball!
I am learning to walk with my human on a leash. It’s pretty easy and I let her guide me where it's safe to go. I am slowly learning human words like sit and let’s go. I would love to live with humans who will love me, and teach me how to live in my own home! I have lots of kisses to share, and I am quiet and like to rest next to my friends.
