My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mayzie came in with her brother Chito at eight weeks of age very scared of everything. She has since acclimated very well and now loves to be held and sit on my lap .. of course on her own terms 😊 She. lives in a foster home for all sorts of animals so she is used to lots of animals but not lots of people so she needs a quiet environment With someone who will be patient with her so she will feel comfortable enough to trust and enjoy her new homeThey will not do well with young children.

More about this rescue

We are a small rescue with a goal to help keep stray animals off the streets or to at least minimize the numbers. By doing so, we will bring them into our homes, get them acquainted with a family atmosphere and have them interact with our animals and children of all ages. This will better prepare them for their new homes. Animals adopted from us will have age appropriate shots, deworming (if needed), and spayed/neutered. We will require home inspections and a waiver to allow us to do well visits. This is to insure that our rescues are put into safe homes and continue to receive the love and attention they need and deserve.
