Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Lizzy, a sweet and silly girl looking for a home to call her own. She is a five year old mixed breed girl weighing about 50 pounds. Lizzy is quite shy around new people but given some time and patience, you will earn her trust in no time. Once Lizzy gets comfortable around new people she is the most loyal little shadow around. She needs a home that understands her fearfulness and will give her time and patience to adjust to a new life.
Though her first impressions show her as a quiet and timid girl, she has a wild side and absolutely loves to play. Lizzy enjoys going on walks, playing in water, chasing balls, and most of all playing tug! She is simply a joy to around weather enjoying the outdoors or taking a nice nap inside. Lizzy is very personable and loves to get all the pets and attention she can. She also enjoys learning and has been tough some commands that she enjoys practicing.
Lizzy would do best in a quiet low to moderately active household.
* Fast Friends adopts in the New England area. If you are interested in Lizzy or one of our other available dogs, please complete an adoption application at www.helpinggreyhounds.org/adopt
