I'm fostering a dog whose previous owner moved. The shelters are full here.
Scooby is a 95 pound Shepard mix. He is 1 yrs old, house trained, and great with kids and other dogs. He's neutered and I was told up to date on shots, but I'm currently awaiting the paperwork before I check that box. He has not chewed anything he is not supposed to and stayed out of the trash.
He's very protective even after a short time and sleeps through the night.
He is a big goofy puppy who is a really good dog. He loves toys and attention. I think he would be best in a home with another dog, but he did not have one in his first home and did fine.
Unfortunately, he has a slight limp in his right hind leg, making him not a good running buddy. I do not know what causes the limp and it's not all the time. He does not appear to be in any pain. He still plays ball and wants to go for walks. He will come with his leash, toys, and collars.
The small red dog in the pics is mine and not up for adoption.
