My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lita came into rescue after her owner passed away. She is a very nervous girl that is scared of the slighest sound. She finds comfort in her crate. It's her safe spot. Her breed includes Staffordshire terrier, dalmation, Chihuahua & cocker spaniel followed by a few other breeds. I know this sweet girl will thrive in the right home. If you have the time and patience that Lita needs, please send us a message. She does require a secure fenced yard due to being so nervous. She will run to hide when scared. No young children as their energy level will scare her. She has done well with dogs her size. Often even comforted by their presence. She does need to be fed separately from other animals and typically eats in her crate. Lita is estimated to be 8 yrs old and currently weighs 23 lbs. You can meet Lita in her foster home in Abingdon Md. She has been waiting 2 years for a home of her own. Her adoption fee is waived.
