Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Candy Hearts!
Candy Hearts may not be the life of the party, but he’s the kind of companion who makes everything feel calmer just by being there. This easy-going boy prefers a peaceful pace, taking life one cozy moment at a time. If there’s a quiet corner and a comfy spot to curl up, he’s already halfway to his happy place.
Nap time holds a very special place in his Candy Heart—it’s practically a love language. When he’s awake, he enjoys making biscuits and absolutely melts for chin scratches, leaning in like he’s been waiting for them all day.
Candy Hearts is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all of his vaccinations. You can meet him at CASPCA between the hours of 12PM and 6PM daily, no appointment necessary. For more information, please email adoptions@caspca.org.

We ask potential adopters to fill out a matchmaker form. When they are ready to adopt an animal and the form and interview process indicates a good match, we have the adopter sign an adoption contract promising that the animal will receive good physical and emotional care. Fees vary and we often have adoption specials. Fees for senior pets are sponsored. Otherwise, dogs are $100, puppies $150 and up, cats are $75, kittens are $95.
